Biography

Since 2014 Mr. Littman has been selected by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in the area of Plaintiff’s Civil Litigation for Pennsylvania, an award only given to 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state. Year after year Mr.  Littman has been honored with multiple prestigious awards including being named one of the Top 10 Personal Injury Attorneys in the State of Pennsylvania, an award given to less than 1% of attorneys in the State, Litigator of the Year for 2019 and the 2020 Elite Advocate.

Prior to pursuing his law degree, Mr. Littman graduated Cum Laude from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in finance.

Mr. Littman accepted an academic scholarship from Delaware Law School where he earned his Juris Doctorate. Mr. Littman was one of twelve students to be enrolled in Selected Topics in Constitutional Law, a seminar taught by President Joe Biden.

Mr. Littman interned for the Honorable Berle M. Schiller of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Littman worked alongside Judge Schiller observing a wide array of civil and criminal cases.

Mr. Littman focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, known for his empathetic approach and fierce advocacy, he has a successful track record of securing excellent results tailored to his client’s goals.

Mr. Littman is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida Bars as well as the American Institute of Legal Advocates, American Institute of Trial Lawyers, American Institute of Personal injury Lawyers, and the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.

In his free time, Mr. Littman serves on the board of the Thomas Foundation, a Non-Profit that supports underprivileged children through sports and education.
