I went to Freundlich & Littman because my family's house was destroyed by a construction company that was doing construction nextdoor. They refused to pay me. Austin and the lawyers at this firm fought for me and got me $325,000 on my case. As I understand it, this was over 3xs the zillow estimate property value of my house. Austin thoroughly spent a few weeks evaluating whether I had a case or not and told me which one out of the affected moreso had a case. He told me the risks of getting into a case and the repercussions legally for me. He also told me about a path forward in the case for me. He respects his business and his clients and it’s a good balance. He is super approachable as well. He is very realistic but not in a cruel way.

I was referred by another attorney to this practice and I couldn't be happier! Jonathan Rosenau and Helaida Perez worked diligently on my personal injury case from the first day through the settlement. Greg Littman was extremely helpful and encouraging. At every turn, even when news seemed not great, my team kept me well advised so I knew what to expect, especially for deposition and medical exams. The team even let me use their conference room for a whole day to finish my interrogatories. Great folks, very clear and easy to understand. Towards the end of settlement negotiations the insurance company played hardball...yet Jon and Greg worked wonders-5 times more than expected, PLUS Jon reduced my medical lien to under 1% of the original amount!
