Austin thoroughly spent a few weeks evaluating whether I had a case or not and told me which one out of the affected moreso had a case. He told me the risks of getting into a case and the repercussions legally for me. He also told me about a path forward in the case for me. He respects his business and his clients and it’s a good balance. He is super approachable as well. He is very realistic but not in a cruel way.
