Kerry E. Slade is an experienced business attorney and civil litigator. She specializes in assisting clients with business litigation and negotiation, as well as resolving contract, property and other disputes.

Ms. Slade received a BA in Sociology from Brown University with honors, a JD from Northwestern University cum laude, and an MBA from Temple University concentrating in Strategic Management, with a Dean’s Certificate of Excellence. She is the founder of Slade Unlimited, LLC, a social venture that imports products from African countries and supports local producers. Ms. Slade also serves as an adjunct professor at the Fox School of Business at Temple University, where she teaches courses on entrepreneurship. She is the Chair of the Board of the Thomas & Woods Foundation, a Philadelphia non-profit that serves youth and families. Known for her empathic approach, Ms. Slade’s real word business experience both in the for and non-profit sector brings a unique perspective to her advocacy.
