Biography

Nathaniel Peckham’s practice area focuses on employment litigation on behalf of Plaintiffs. Nathaniel represents clients in all areas of federal and state employment law claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, employee/contractor misclassification, and other employment-related matters.

Nathaniel has spent the majority of his legal career focusing on employment law and assisting people who have been unfairly and unlawfully treated by their employers. Prior to joining Freundlich & Littman, Nathaniel worked for several highly regarded boutique law firms in Pennsylvania and California, roles in which he successfully represented numerous clients and negotiated substantial recoveries for clients via mediation and other avenues. Nathaniel has also represented numerous persons with disabilities in public accessibility matters under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Nathaniel was designated as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in both 2023 and 2024 in the area of employment litigation in Pennsylvania.

Nathaniel studied Political Science at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA, before earning his Juris Doctor from UCLA, with a specialization in Business Law and Policy. In his free time, Nathaniel enjoys attending concerts and spending time with his family and Jack Russell Terrier, and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan.
