Founding Partner

Austin Ross Freundlich is a founding partner of Freundlich & Littman, LLC, concentrating his practice on complex litigation matters with an emphasis on business disputes, personal injury claims, property damage cases, and breach of contract litigation.

Since 2014, Mr. Freundlich has been selected by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in general litigation in Pennsylvania and holds a perfect 10.0 Avvo rating. Over the course of his career, he has participated in cases resulting in millions of dollars in recoveries for clients.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law, where he was a member of the Civil Justice Law Clinic and clerked for a Pennsylvania Superior Court judge. He is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Freundlich also holds licenses as a public adjuster, certified appraiser, and certified umpire, and is a graduate of the 2018 Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. He serves on the Villanova Minority Alumni Board and is a founding board member of YB Connected.

Mr. Freundlich focuses his practice on complex litigation matters, with an emphasis on business disputes, personal injury claims, property damage cases, and breach of contract litigation. He is a partner at Freundlich & Littman, LLC, where he represents individuals and businesses in contested matters requiring strategic and detail-oriented advocacy.

Prior to co-founding Freundlich & Littman, LLC, Mr. Freundlich practiced for several years at the law firm of Sprague & Sprague. During that time, he worked on a broad range of complex litigation matters, gaining experience that informed his current practice.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Freundlich has participated in cases resulting in millions of dollars in recoveries through verdicts, arbitration awards, and negotiated settlements. His work has included representing individuals with significant personal injuries, property owners pursuing damage claims, and business partners involved in internal disputes. In each matter, he focuses on developing litigation strategies aligned with the specific circumstances and objectives of the client.

Mr. Freundlich earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law, where he was a member of the Civil Justice Law Clinic and participated in multiple successful client outcomes. While in law school, he also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard Klein of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.

He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as in the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania. Mr. Freundlich is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, and the Philadelphia Bar Association. In addition, he holds licenses as a public adjuster, certified appraiser, and certified umpire. He is also a graduate of the 2018 10,000 Small Businesses program, where he received a certificate in entrepreneurship.

Mr. Freundlich serves on the Villanova Minority Alumni Board and is a founding board member of YB Connected. He is also a frequent speaker at programs hosted by the Young Lawyer Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association.

Outside of his professional work, Mr. Freundlich is an avid runner and enjoys mixed martial arts, Jiu-Jitsu, and skiing with his family.
