Villanova is best known for the university that shares its name, and campus-adjacent traffic on Lancaster Avenue, students and visitors on foot near the SEPTA Regional Rail station, and event-weekend congestion all shape the kind of auto and pedestrian matters that come out of this stretch of the Main Line. It's a different traffic pattern than the commuter-heavy corridors further out, concentrated, seasonal, and often involving pedestrians rather than just vehicle-on-vehicle collisions.
Beyond the campus corridor, Villanova's established residential streets and older homes generate the same range of premises-liability and real estate matters common throughout the Main Line, and we handle both sides of that spectrum for our Villanova clients.
