A. Dalton Spitznogle focuses his practice on plaintiff-side personal injury matters, representing individuals and families who have suffered serious injury or loss due to the negligence of others. His experience encompasses motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, slip and fall injuries, product liability, and medical malpractice, and he additionally manages business disputes, breach of contract matters, and landlord-tenant conflicts.

During law school, Mr. Spitznogle was selected for the Delaware Civil Law Clinic and was sworn in by the Delaware Supreme Court as a Certified Legal Intern, representing domestic violence victims, an experience that continues to shape his hands-on, client-first approach to litigation.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Spitznogle trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

His experience includes claims involving motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, slip and fall injuries, product liability, and medical malpractice.

In addition to personal injury litigation, Dalton handles business disputes, breach of contract matters, and landlord-tenant conflicts.

While attending Delaware Law School on an academic scholarship, Dalton was selected as one of only six students admitted to the Delaware Civil Law Clinic. In that role, he was sworn in by the Delaware Supreme Court as a Certified Legal Intern and authorized to represent victims of domestic violence.

Outside the office, Dalton trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
