Founding Partner

Gregory Creed Littman is a founding partner of Freundlich & Littman, LLC. He concentrates his practice on complex civil litigation and is known among clients and colleagues alike for an empathetic approach paired with fierce advocacy, tailoring strategy to the specific facts of each case rather than a one-size-fits-all playbook.

Since 2014, Mr. Littman has been selected by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Plaintiff's Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania, an honor awarded to roughly 2.5% of attorneys in the state, and was named Litigator of the Year in 2019 and received the Elite Advocate distinction in 2020. He has also been named one of the Top 10 Personal Injury Attorneys in Pennsylvania.

He graduated cum laude from Drexel University with a B.S. in Business Administration (finance), then earned his Juris Doctor from Delaware Law School on academic scholarship. During law school he was one of twelve students selected for a Constitutional Law seminar taught by then-Senator Joe Biden, and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Berle M. Schiller of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Littman is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida, along with multiple U.S. District Courts. He is a member of the American Institute of Legal Advocates, the American Institute of Trial Lawyers, the American Institute of Personal Injury Lawyers, and the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.

Over the years, he has also received several additional recognitions, including being named one of the Top 10 Personal Injury Attorneys in Pennsylvania, an award given to less than one percent of attorneys statewide. In addition, he was honored as Litigator of the Year in 2019 and received the Elite Advocate distinction in 2020.

Before pursuing his law degree, Mr. Littman graduated cum laude from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in finance. He later accepted an academic scholarship to Delaware Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor.

While in law school, Mr. Littman was one of twelve students selected to enroll in Selected Topics in Constitutional Law , a seminar taught by then-Senator Joe Biden. During this period, he also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Berle M. Schiller of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In that role, he worked closely with Judge Schiller and observed a wide range of civil and criminal proceedings.

Mr. Littman concentrates his practice on complex civil litigation matters and is known for his empathetic approach and fierce advocacy. In doing so, he is known for a measured, client-focused approach and for developing strategies tailored to the specific facts and objectives of each case. Throughout his career, he has handled matters involving significant legal and personal stakes for his clients.

Mr. Littman is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida. He is also a member of several professional organizations, including the American Institute of Legal Advocates, the American Institute of Trial Lawyers, the American Institute of Personal Injury Lawyers, and the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.
