Nathaniel Peckham

Nathaniel Peckham is an employment litigation attorney whose practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in workplace disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour violations, and employee misclassification claims under federal and state law. He has also represented individuals with disabilities in public-accessibility matters under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Before joining Freundlich & Littman, Mr. Peckham worked at boutique law firms in Pennsylvania and California, successfully representing employees in mediation and dispute-resolution settings. He was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Pennsylvania in both 2023 and 2024.

Outside of the office, Mr. Peckham enjoys concerts, time with family and his Jack Russell Terrier, and following Philadelphia sports.

Before joining Freundlich & Littman, he worked at several highly regarded boutique law firms in Pennsylvania and California. During that time, he successfully represented employees in mediation and other dispute-resolution settings, helping clients pursue meaningful recoveries.

Nathaniel earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from UCLA, where he focused on Business Law and Policy.

Outside of work, Nathaniel enjoys attending concerts, spending time with his family and Jack Russell Terrier, and following Philadelphia sports.
